SHOPPING TERMS AND SALES CONDITIONS

- The prices of our products are indicated in EURO all taxes included.

- The expenses of treatment and forwarding are totally free of charge for FRANCE, BELGIUM and SWITZERLAND.
For the other countries, a participation of 1,5 (one and half) EURO will be added to the order if the total of this order is lower than 20 (twenty) EUROS.

- GEVY reserves the right to modify its prices whenever, but the products will be sell at the price shown at the time when recording the order.

- The products remain the property of GEVY to the complete cashing of the order by GEVY.

- Prices are also displayed for information in American Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), English Pound (GBP) and Swiss Franc (CHF). The Conversion values are updated once a day. The transactions will be processed in Euro at the official value at the moment of the Bank Transaction.

- With the Sales period in France, GEVY organises from Thursday 29th, June 2006 up to sunday 16th, July 2006, some special prices on its online website.

- All items from Luxury collections (OR NORME, Massive GOLD and CRYSTAL-G) get 25% discount, all other items get 40% discount.

- All items already with promotions (packs, specials and dayshots) and the Generation Piercing books DO NOT GET those discounts.

- A minimum of 15 (fifteen) EUROS is required to post and order with those promotional prices..

- The orders are to be placed on Internet site: www.gevy.fr or www.gevy.com.

- GEVY reserves the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom there would be a litigation relating to the payment of a former order.

- After having validated the process of order, you state to accept this one and without reserve fully, as well as the entirety of these General Sales Conditions. The data recorded by GEVY constitute the proof of the whole of the transactions passed between GEVY and its customers.

- The payment of your purchases can be carried out by CREDIT CARD. Our site uses a secure online payment (PAYBOX). To protect its customers against a possible intrusion, GEVY does not store any numbers of credit card on its servers. The numbers of your credit card are treated by SIPS PAYBOX which gives back to GEVY an authorization id. For information, the majority of the credit cards hackings are practised with the small invoices (Received or ticket CB) forgotten in the tradesmen or in the distributors, and not on Internet sites.

- GEVY is doing its best to deliver your orders within the shortest times.

The open days (from monday to friday except french free days), all order validated before 3:00 pm (french hour) and paid by credit card will be processed the same day. After 3:00 pm, the order will be process the first open day after at 9:00 am. The orders by check will be process the day of reception of the payment.

The products are dispatched by postal way the same day the order is processed, plus the delay in case an item is missing. Consequently the times are related to the various constraints and risks of the mail service. However GEVY could not be held for person in charge for a late delivery for the caused reasons, and this is why these same risks do not authorize the purchaser to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods, or to claim damages.

GEVY will not incur any responsibility for all consequential damages because of present, trading loss, loss of profit, loss of chance, damage or expenses, which could occur because of purchase of the products.

- Some links can forward you to other websites than www.gevy.fr or www.gevy.com. GEVY releases any responsibility if the contents of these sites would contravene the legal and lawful provisions into force.

- You have a 8 days deadline as from the reception to turn over the product which would not be appropriate to you: the prices of the bought product will be refunded as from the reception by GEVY within 8 day. The expenses of sending and return remain at your charge. The right to repossess present could be accepted only for the complete products, in their state of origin (packing, accessories) with the original of the invoice purchase. The turned over, damaged, damaged incomplete articles or dirtied by the Customer could not be shown.

- Any return of products must make the object of a formal agreement between GEVY and the purchaser, and must be done by registered mail to the following address:

- These conditions are subjected to the French law. In the event of litigation the courts of Paris (France) will be qualified.
